Wow! Busy, busy me….. tomorrow

Wow!
Busy, busy me.....
tomorrow i'm off to hannover, germany for the fabulous expo2000 with about 45 kolleagues and signe.
it's gonna rock! big-time!
we're off to meet the guys at the hamburg office, and party, and watch the euro2000 games and all that really necessary stuff.

sunday, my good friend and colleague Jesper, is off to oslo, norway for a 22 week interactive tv, training and programming period. good for him. i hope it rocks half as much as hannover.

also in the past week, i was contacted by bob, from Global Development Center, a non-profit organisation in washington dc, using the power of the internet to create a global community of philanthropists, non-profits and all the rest. he has a great idea for a global project. i hope i can help him, and i really hope he suceeds. Bob is an on-line contact of mine, whom i've correspondend a good deal with over the past 2 years. i really want to put some time in philanthropic, on-line projects, and global development center is definitely on the top list of active players in that arena. they do great work with few means. i really respect their work! check them out!

apart from that, i think that the renewed contact to bob as had a nice part in reawakening me, after a pretty period of lacking motivation, and increasing desperation over a world and life that wqas filling more and more with the srtreamlined business sides of the work i do.
i need a tender connection to people who do something because they believe it makes a difference. that's such a strong thing to be doing, it fills me with respect, and the renewed will to contribute. it doesn't have to be this week or this year even, but i don't want to wakje up one day and find i just conformed and flowed with the current through a whole life. i want to make a difference, and i will :-)

but right now, i also need to have fun, explore my relationship, learn, learn and learn, and get a few positive experiences at work. and that's what i'm doing, every other day----
