I have been reminded that

I have been reminded that I forget to tell the world the one rally positive thing about my trip to brazil (apart from the fact that i made it home in one piece). The presentation, the actual reason for travelling those 20 hours went well. it was a good presentation, and a good learning experience, seeing as it was a foirst for me in regards to simultaneous translation. you know, the 15 second delay from you say something until it has been translated makes it really difficult to react to yor listeners body language. quite a challenge that.

well, here i am, weekend is over, its sunday (or rather monday morning 1:20 a.m) just before bed-time, and i've been a darling over the week-end. i went running, did some sit-ups and push-ups, did the dishes, and even cleaned up the worst mess in my apartment (and yes, i even watered my plant).

what a weekend :-)

i do however miss signe an awful lot. she's in germany and not seeing her at least a few times a week is harder than i expected.. well i'm lucky that there are plenty of things to do at least. i can bury myself in work, private projects (i am thinking of voice enabling the blogger.com thing i use to update my homepage, so i can phone in to the server and update it by speaking to it :-), and friends.

tonight i'm a happy camper. things are going well, i feel fabulously lucky to have the girlfriend i do, the friends i do, the opportunities, good health and yes even the work i do....

remember, let's be careful out there!

Oh, and BTW, if anyone has VHS copies of the 1970'ies TV show "The A-Team" I'm very interested in paying for a copy.......
